Photocopier Leasing
With Vallex-lease Equip photocopier Leasing, Various sizes of MFP photocopiers are provided for the use of Clients (Lessees) Free of any Fixed Monthly Rental Charge. Rather, payment for the use of the photocopiers is tied to usage.
Lessees (Clients) only pay for the number of copies/prints made within the month in arrears instead of payment of a fixed rent in advance whether copier is used or not.

Leasing Procedure

Reach out to our leasing team via phone, email, or in person.
➡ Receive an Invoice
An invoice will be issued based on your preferred service package.
➡ Sign the Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Pay Administrative Fee
Review and sign the SLA, then proceed with the one-time administrative fee.
➡ Delivery of Multifunction Printer (MFP)
Your MFP will be delivered and installed within 48 hours after confirmation.
